Guest Bio: Tom Heyerdahl is an endurance athlete and ice swimmer who became the third man in Canada to complete an ice mile—swimming over 1,610 meters in water below 5°C. Through years of consistent training, breath control, and mental adaptation, he has achieved feats most would consider impossible. Tom is now preparing for a 40-kilometer swim and has his sights set on the English Channel.
